Withdrawal and returns

parcelWe deliver you the best quality at the best price. Spare parts for vehicles, especially original spare parts and other special orders, often show very low margins. In order to offer you the best service, these items are carried with us. That is why we can only offer you a limited level of service when it comes to returns of such items and we can only reimburse shipping costs where we are genuinely at fault or goods have been delivered defective. Before placing your order, please find out whether the selected spare part fits your vehicle. Original parts and special orders are marked as such. You can find more about this in our general terms and conditions. Please note for legal reasons this deocument is only available in German.

Is the packaging of the shipping package damaged?

Never accept damaged packaging! Should you decide to do so because of the urgency, you do so at your own risk. Take a photo, have the courier or driver confirm the damaged packaging. Otherwise do not accept the goods! If you do not adhere to it, we cannot accept any liability and we cannot even try to recoupe the loss from the shipping company!

Are you a private customer?

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you can send the parcel back to us within 14 days. This possibility only applies to end users and only to standard goods. Goods that were specially made for you, factory orders for an original part or goods that we were looking for for you from used parts dealers can only be taken back if we have defects or incorrect deliveries. Damaged goods or used goods cannot be taken back. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods and this has been expressly pointed out in the cancellation policy! 

In the event of a complaint or a return, the best thing to do is to contact us. We always strive for easy and fair solutions for everyone. Here you will find our information on the right of withdrawal and returns:

Widerrufsbelehrung und Rücktrittsrecht

We can accept for returns only goods, that have not been installed or attempted installation and which are fit for resale. Do not use the branded box which vontained your part in your parcel and which carries part number as the delivery box. This means the part is not fit for resell. Do not write on any of the boxes. Always use adress stickers. Larger items may come in special boxes, which are needed for sesale.

Items that are received broken incomplete, not fit for resale or returned outside of the 14 day period can not be accepted.

Any products that are non stocked and have been specially ordered or manufactured for you can not be retuned!

How do I withdraw?

To meet the deadline, send us an email immediately and explain your revocation. An informal email with the order number is sufficient. It also makes sense to decide who cancels. It is best to add your billing address.

When the goods are on their way to you, please make sure that they are returned to us. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. You are responsible for returning the goods to us undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. Dirty goods or packaging cannot be accepted. It is also not possible to withdraw on individual parts in an order.

For other returns, enclose a copy of the invoice or delivery note and mark the returned items with a reason. A return slip is not required.

Are you a commercial corporate customer?

As a commercial customer you enjoy advantages, one of these advantages is that you can return goods that have been ordered in excess. The following rates apply to returns:

Goods are as good as new in undamaged original packaging: € 8 + 10% of the value of the goods
The goods are as good as new and the original packaging is dirty or damaged: € 8 + 20% of the value of the goods
Goods are dirty but can still be sold: € 12 + 25% of the value of the goods
Damaged goods or with traces of use cannot be taken back!

Factory orders for non-standard spare parts (e.g. Jaguar OEM parts): As we only have very low margins, returns are not intended. Such parts are called "Original Jaguar" or similar!
