This order or the article contains one or more spare parts, all of which are special order or factory orders. These are custom-made products or special orders for spare parts, services or the like. Articles that are subject to these conditions are marked as such in the webshop. Those parts that are subject to this category can neither be cancelled nor returned. The warranty and other statutory rights remain unaffected. A recall is only possible in exceptional cases if the parts have not yet been ordered from the supplier.
